Very nice 1967 Ford 289 v8 cylinder head C60E date code 7b7 1967, Feb 7th. Valves, valve springs, retainers, rocker arms and pivot balls are included from the disassembly.
The head is padded, wood reinforced and carefully packed in a box. This head is in great condition, it does look like it had a recent valve job as the valves are not all oem. The dimensions are 12 x 12 x 22 and pounds. This cylinder head was from a 1967 mustang with a 289, the intake was already gone so I cant say weather it was a 2 or 4 barrel car.
There is less chance of damage and the item can be shipped to your door.
Shipping is to the lower 48 us states only. These heads were also installed in other 1967 Ford and mercury passenger cars with 2v or 4v 289's. I can say that the C60E is the same head for the 289 2v or 4v, excl. Like everything I sell, i'll stand behind these parts if you don't think it is represented accurately.
The rockers were media blasted clean as were the valves. There are no cracks or stripped threads and rocker studs are in good condition. This head has been completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected.
I didn't keep the valve spring keepers since their only a couple of bucks for a new set. Packed carefully and ready to ship now.
