The head worked very well when removed from my race car in fall of 2015 for 'freshening. The front of head area thermostat housing has only one drilled and tapped hole see images. The valves have just been freshly re-lapped, so head is ready to use.
I am not aware of which cars this would specifically suit, but believe that some heads have up to three drilled and tapped holes in the front.
