A spark plug will tighten up, but it may need a repair. The other spark plug holes look good. The underside has the normal rough spots you would see. The number five spark plug hole has threads that look stripped about 2/3 of the way down.

The thread condition can be seen in the photo. Looks to be in pretty good condition.
