When I had them reconditioned they put in new knurled valve guides with perfect circle seals. I decided to just put in a 292 engine instead. They also replaced most of the valves and seats. From what I have read heads marked EBV were used late 1954-1955 Ford Trucks.
The heads were checked for cracks but I do not remember if they surfaced. The price is negotiable.
