2012 2017 Mercedes-Benz S550. The cylinder head has no visible cracks or combustion chamber damage but there are a few small scratches in the gasket surface. This has been cleaned and inspected appears to be in good used condition. Fits the following Mercedes-Benz vehicles with 4.7L M278 bi-turbo V8 as a direct replacement.
