This is a Chevy 348 cylinder head cast the bottom numbers are the second and third digits were ground off and the numbers hand stamped. I may purchase a head to make me a set if anyone has a single for sale.

New lower price. If anyone knows what this is let me know. It still has the smaller valves but has the smaller DOA. Guides for the dual springs.
