Details:

This appears to be in nice usable condition, I would probably chase the spark plug holes. This ran the large base 7/8 spark plugs so I would think its in 1920s or before, is 19 long and wide. I am thinking this is small vintage tractor but do not know.

Any guesses out there. After I found out what it was for.
