This is a rectangular port big block Chevrolet cylinder head. There are a couple of very small nicks on the head surface more than likely from being moved around and really not worth mentioning, however, trying to be as accurate as possible. Stock size valves.

One of the best I have seen. Lots of meat left on the head surface, no cracks, welds, or, repairs of any kind.
