These top cracks appear like someone has attempted to repair. All cracks can be welded and ground down smooth but it should fully usable as is. This rocker cover is not perfect. The top crack runs from 2nd rib on opposite end of oil filler cap hole to just past stud.

I have attempted to show all of the flaws such as cracked inner ribs and extra fitting on one side. The top surface shows cracks that do not show up well in photos. Look carefully at the photos.
