If its closed chamber then it would be a head. Date is clear and nice but looks like 68 not 69.

The part number under valve cover is not there and looks like it came un stamped from factory. Has to be a 69 because head is open chamber.

Intake and exhaust ports are polished look great. All 3 snow flakes are there and nice. Head deck has not been milled and still deep corner marks.
