Yes this is the head with the offset push rod holes this offer is for 1 cylinder head only 1 Mopar cylinder head cast number with the original shipping box and bill of lading dated referencing a head service number this head is a head nos the head has the seats cut still in Mopar wrapper whats left of the wrapper the shipping box is still together though. I have had some questions as to the markings on the head there is a casting tag on a runner with and the head has a large pink paint splotch.
