It has number cast on the front as pictured. It can use a light resurfacing and good cleaning. It was looked over by a master Alfa Romeo engine builder and he said appears in good condition.

The cam journals are nice and smooth with no major scoring. This is a used original cylinder head for Alfa Romeo 101 giulietta tall just over 111mm originally they were 4. It is bare as pictured.
